I am new to 3D/4D. Can i attend ?
You can but should not. This conference is mid to high level and beginners may not get benefit from this.
What will be the curriculum ?
There will be cutting edge lectures on 3D/4d, live workshop on 3D/4D cases, hands-on 3D/4D cases practice by 4D view software on your own laptop.
Where it will be held ?
This will be held in Hotel Indana palace which has got very good halls for conferences. We will be using LED walls for projection and there will be round table seating with all covid related protection.
Will I get a certificate ?
Yes, you will get a signed certificate showing you attended this conference by national faculty.
What is included in registration amount ?
Airport pick-up and drop, twin sharing accomodation in 5-star hotel Indana Palace which is also venue of conference, 2 breakfasts,
3 lunches and 2 dinner, tea/coffee, snacks and cookies. Live 3D/4D workshop as well as hands-on training on 4D view is also included.
Can I get single occupancy room ?
Yes, by paying Rs.7000/- extra you can get a separate room for yourself.
If I want to come a day before or go a day after conference ?
By paying room rent for extra days, you can extend your stay.
Suppose I have to cancel my program. Will I be refunded ?
Yes, 50 % refund is available on cancellation till 28th Feb, 2024, no refund thereafter. No refund for super early bird registrations. Refunds will be processed after 15 days of conference.
